ArcGIS Silverlight Legend with Layer/SubLayer on/off

Hi,
I am new to ArcGIS silverlight development. I need to develop the dynamic legend with layer on/off in panel in ArcGIS 9.3.1(silverlight) . I appreciate if some one helps me in this . I have searched the forum and code gallery but that did not work.

It's probably the best you'll see, though I've had issues using the legend functionality in my Expression Blend project.
