I'm developing a application for my final Graduation work, and my work is about Augemented Reality applyed on GIS Maps.
I'm using ArcGIS API for Microsoft Silverlight/WPF, and i need to mount a server to my maps, so i'll ask:
* Is there any version of ArcGIS for academycs use that is free?
* If there is, where can i download it?
