Address match - couldn't make it work for local state plane mapping service?

Dear All,

I am using the ESRI sample codes for address locating at here http://resources.esri.com/help/9.3/arcgisserver/apis/silverlight/samples/start.htm#AddressToLocation

But I couldn't make it work for my mapping service with a State Plane projection. I guess this is something related to the projection issue. Anyone can tell me what to do?
