I'm working to add a georeferenced png into a web map but have not found an easy way to accurately get the png placed. Has anyone tackled this problem? Essentially we have georeferenced tiffs of scanned assessor pages, that are then converted to pngs (as the geotiffs don't show up in SL that I've seen). I was hoping to have them show up as the the user moves the mouse over an assessor page polygon, as a map tip or image or seperate graphics layer or ??. Thought I'd try here first before reinventing the wheel. Thanks in advance for any ideas.
