Hi there,
I'm starting a project using SL version of ESRI map, where I am to show different layers as mentioned in the title. Even layers that would indicate street lights, fire hydrants etc. I have couple of questions regarding the same, and was wondering if you guys could help me get started.
1. Does ARCGIS have data for such layers? If so,
a. How can I access them?
b. How can I draw them on the map? Meaning, say I want to draw precise border around a parcel. Does ARCGIS provide co-ordinates of the border?
I hope this bit of query gives you an idea of what I'm looking to display on the map. Any help will be appreciated.
