WMS layer with CRS:84

Hi,
I'm using a WMS server that uses CRS:84, with version = 1.3.0,
and the bounding box is therefore switched.
Is there a way to get it to work with an esri basemap? what spatialreference should I use?

You can try setting the version to 1.1.1.

What is the spatial reference of your Map? The WMS service needs to support a compatible SR.
