What KML features are supported?

Hi, I can't seem to find in the docs what version of KML is supported.
Is the full KML 2.2 version supported?

No, the full 2.2 KML specification is not supported.  Is there a specific functionality you are looking for?

I'll need to map data from AFWA ( Air Force Weather agency) which I believe is some form of KML. 
Anyone know what level of KML data from AFWA is?
