Hi, I've been searching these forums and other sources for a way to:
Lock the minimum zoom level of the displayed map so a user does not see repeated tiles and set the maximum (or detect data isn't available at that level and programmatically step back to the last available zoom level).
Some maps display content not available yet and others just a blank screen and I would like to prevent this (mostly the blank screen).
