Sample Flex viewer 2.2, Bookmark Widget not working

Hi all,

I am working on the sample Flex Viewer 2.2 and it seems I am having issues with Bookmarks. I have removed all the default items from the BookmarkWidget.xml and added two new items. When I click on each item, a white screen shows up and it doesn't refresh my map service.
I have also downloaded and setup the Adobe Flex 4.1 SDK into MY Flex Builder environment and set it as MY default SDK but still it gets stuck.

Any help is very much appreciated,
