Same Frame Pop-up in Flex

I created an application in Flex, with Pop-ups, i have links in the pop-ups that i would like then to pop-up in the same frame and not send me to a new tab on the browser.
has anyone done this before? if you have can you share that information with me.

You can get the source to the PopUpRendererSkin from the skins folder in the API download. You can then remove " target="_blank" from line 181 and comment out line 230.
