run an URL from top menu

Hi all, I wish I could run an URL by the FlexViewer menu..(and this is easy..it's like to run "help") based on a value got from a widget...in my case from MiniSearch widget...
Something like this:
http://mywebsite.com/links.asp?id=TheWidgetValue
