Remove Widget Icons in Flexviewer 2

Hello,

I have looked in the forums and have not been able to find a thread relating to this. When I add new widgets to the flexviewer an icon appears in the header of the map. Is there a way to remove these? The widgets I have added function without needing to push a button. I am hoping it is something simple I have missed.

If you put them outside of a widgetcontainer, then they won't appear in the HeaderController.

If you don't want the widget to appear in the header than make sure you do not put it inside a widgetcontainer element.
