Remove Roads

Hi, I'm very new to ESRI, but have implemented the free flex api in an application. I've searched but have been unable to figure out a way to remove the roads from the map. Is this something that can be done without creating my own map service?

Just point to another map service without roads...

Lots to choose from here depending on what your cache level and projection needs are

Thanks for the suggestions.  We'd like to use the World Imagery service but superimpose borders and have countries and cities labelled without having streets show up.  I noticed that at this URL:  http://www.arcgis.com/home/webmap/viewer.html?services=10df2279f9684e4a9f6a7f08febac2a9 if you click on Base Map you can choose an options called "Imagery with Labels" and which does pretty much what we want, but we can't figure out how to get the "with Labels" part to work within the Flex plug-in.  Can you point me in the right direction?

On the bottom of the above page is a section called Map Contents.
It shows that the labels are coming from this service:
http://services.arcgisonline.com/ArcGIS/rest/services/Reference/World_Boundaries_and_Places/MapServe...
You can add this as another ArcGISTiledMapServiceLayer in your Flex Map.
