Print and parameter web_map_as_json

I ,

I have a problem with the widget impression and the service tools printing arcgis/rest/services/Utilities/PrintingTools/GPServer.

When the parameter web_map_as_json use a url  for a operationalLayers with http://..... it works
but it doesn't work with a relative url (without http://...) in my config.xml

What's the problem ?

What's the solution ?

I don't see how set this param in the code ?
