Posting export release from flexviewer in flashbuilder 4.x to website

Hi, Im new to web mapping and I have customized my webmap using adobe flash builder 4.5 and the flexviewer "Download flexviewer-2.3.1-src.zip" which i imported into the flash builder. After i run the export release build and get all the files how do i get the map up on my webpage? Do i need to embed or upload just the swf file? or do i need to upload all the apps, assets, popups, and widgets folders onto my website file manager.  Please help. Thanks. I am using ArcEditor 10 and ArcServer 10 if that helps.

   Copy the contents (all) of the bin-release folder over to your web server.

ok i did that part, now how do i get it to display?

  This depends on your web server...? Something like http://myServer/FlexViewer(what ever your site folder is called)/index.html
