I have a polygon of rectangle shape. I need to fill this polygon with some image (Raster image). I think PictureFillSymbol will be used to serve this purpose. I have to bound the edges of picture with edges of rectangle. When I zoom in or zoom out the map, the picture should still be 100% fit in a rectangle. How can i do this?
