When the dynamic layer is added to the existing map, it takes time to get drawn on the map.
Is there any event or mechanism which can detect when the layer is actually drawn/render on the screen and a wait clock can be shown on the map between the duration layer is checked on and it is actually visible on the map.
Tried ???render??? event on the layer, but it fires many times so it is confusing.
