Not able to query when useamf = true

I'm not able to do query when useamf = true. however I'm able to query when useamf is false

I check the requests using firbug and found when i have useamf = tre
http://testserver/arcgis/rest/services/mylayers/FeatureServer/0/query?f=amf&returnGeometry=true&outF...

the status of request is status is 403 forbidden. pertinently when i copy the above url in browser i got the response.

  In server 10 there was a potential bug with amf responses that was fixed in SP1.

Can you tell me in which direction I should try to investigate. First time I thought as we have kaspersky antivirus running on system so may be it's blocking it. but when i browsed the same URL it returns data.

Are you running SP1 now?

Yes SP1 is installed

Did you do the ArcGIS Server Post Install after you ran the sp1 installer and restart your ArcGIS Server? Can you verify also that when you go to your REST Services directory it says : Current Version: 10.01.

Yes I did my post installation after I ran sp1 installer

I have analysed the scenario and found when I Disable Services Directory It doesn't work.
If I enable them It works for me
