migration widget from flexview api to to flex api app?

I wonder if anyone has concluded the steps of imigating widgets for flexview over to ArcGIS API for Flex? I am looking for instruction on doing so. Or I may be better off just customizing the Flexview?

What I am trying to do is hoping to build popup windows have the effects like the flexview widgets...it's more like a Flex skills, isn't it?

   There is no documentation for this but you can look at my Search Window Widget (Non-SFV/FV) as a guideline. Unfortunately there are no steps outlined for this.

Thanks Robert. I think that's what I am going to do. I have to dig into it and see how it works. Great work as always!
