Map Navigation SLIDER(zoom) not showing up. =(

Hello everyone! I'm new to the forums. Please be gentle with me. 😃

Well, I'm calling the map via actionscript. For some odd reason, the navigation tool shows up, but not the slider. I've tried several different approaches, including using the CSS method to stylise my own. Unfortunately the slider just refuses to show up.



Any ideas greatly appreciated!

This is normal if your first layer is a dynamic layer:

The slider is only visible if the Map's lods property is not null. Then the slider will have one tick per level. Normally the lods come from your first layer when it's a tiled layer.

Ahh i see. Thanks for the reply. 😃

I was feeling adventurous and i just finished writing my own zoomin/out and vslider bar to handle the navigation. 0_o

Now to decide which to use... hmmm..
