Is there any published list of "ArcGIS API for FLEX known issues" like Flex Viewer issues list or Apache Flex issues dashborad or this or just a list of known, but not fixed actual bugs?
No, not really. But it is a reasonable request/good suggestion.Depending on your perspective you might consider some of the issues mentioned in the FAQ as knownlimits/workaround. Some bugs (both fixed and other) can been found through support.esri.com. But still, neither will give you a good list of "API known issues".
