Legend / TOC Control

As I understand it ArcGIS 10 Service Pack 1 will introduce new functionlaity to the Map Server:

NIM058418 / NIM058419 - will add support for Legend / TOC generation to the Map Service

Are there any plans to add a control to the Flex API to access these new features? I understand this will be included in the Silverlight API but I haven't seen any discussions about including it with the Flex API.

Does anybody have any news on this?

I don't suppose anyone knows timescales for support been added into the Flex API?
