infowindow renderer

I am trying to use an infowindow renderer on the click event of a feature layer. The data object in the renderer only includes field names and values. Now the question:

Can you bring the alias names of the fields into the renderer component?

Any help....

If your renderer implements IGraphicRenderer, you'll get the Graphic and from that you can get the FeatureLayer and it's LayerDetails.

Thanks for the response. I have the implemented the interface and have a reference to the graphic. This is a some laziness on my part but...

How do you use the alias to reference attribute values? Is it as simple as attribute[alias]?

Rant:It is a pain to typecast references!
