Infowindow on service with raster?

Is there a way to create a infowindow or pop up for a feature or map service that has a raster? If so, can you please send me a link to a sample or code snippet? Thanks!

You should be able to identify a map service with a raster using this sample:

https://developers.arcgis.com/en/flex/sample-code/identify-features.htm

A raster will probably only return the pixel value at the point
