I am trying to learn how to Skin my viewer but unfortunately there isnt any good documentation on this.  I have been trying for a few days to update the "Go Electric" project (http://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=26747add0aa6412c8b91975087d9cb73), so that I can work backwards to figure it out.  Unfortunately, I can not get the customheaderwidget to show up. This is the one part that I wanted to configure.  Does anyone have a version "Go Electric" that will work with 3.6 or detailed documentation on how to skin?

UPDATE:  I actually figured out how to get the application running by simply rolling back the flex SDK from 4.6 to 4.1.  But this brings up a few more questions.

1. Do I need to be using flex SDK 4.6 to compile for 3.6?
2. Do I just fix errors when upgrading from 2.2 to 3.6?

Jay,

Heather Gonzago gave a good presentation on skinning the viewer at last years dev summit, the video of the presentation can be found here:

http://video.esri.com/watch/2305/configuring-and-customizing-arcgis-viewer-for-flex

And her source code on github here:
