How to Include HTML Help in Widget

I'm trying to figure out how to insert a help link into each widget which would open the link to the page in the help document html explaining how to use that specific widget.  Any ideas on the best way to go about doing this?

As far as adding a help hyperlink... Do you have access to Flash builder and the widgets source code? If not you are out of luck.
