Help! Group layers

Hi, i've been trying to view these group layers with ZERO success, could someone please help me? I'm using Flex Builder 4.

These are both missing!
Road Network (Small Scale)
Road Network (Large Scale)

   Are these layers actual Geometric Network Feature Classes?

If you're using a esri:FeatureLayer, the url should point at a feature layer in the service, not a group layer. Another option is to use a ArcGISDynamicMapServiceLayer and set the url to http://gaia.globejamaica.com/NLA_Flex/rest/services/Maps/LandBase_NLA/MapServer.
