getDetails Error in Flex API 2.0

When I use the getDetails method in 2.0 I get the following error:
#2032: Stream Error. URL: http://localhost/ArcGIS/rest/services/Zoning/MapServer/13?f=json"].

I do not get this error every time and it only occurs on certain layers in the map service. If I paste that URL into a new browser tab, it comes up fine. Also it only occurs on ArcGIS 10 map services, not 9.3.1 services.

Has anyone run into this with the 2.0 API?
