I'm pretty new to Flex, and I've been able to build a couple widgets and get them to work. I'm having problems with something that seems like it should be so easy.
I'm using the sample flex viewer (2.2) and I'd like to add a widget to link out to a web page (say http://www.msn.com for argument's sake). I can get to the widget to open the page the first time. After that, it doesn't work again unless I reload the application- it looks like it's still active. I've looked on this form as well as a more general search on Flex technology and can't find anything to support what I'm doing. Any one have sample code/resources that I could look at?
Thanks Robert for catching that post! It works perfectly! That's even a little more than I was looking for, so it allowed me to add links to extra information my users wouldn't have gotten otherwise.
