We have a Flex viewer and need to add some linear referece capabilities to it. We need to accomplish two main tasks...
1) if we take an asset ID and linear reference marker (either one location for a point or start/end for a line) from a database, we need to be able to higlight and zoom to the map.
2) if someone picks a location(s) on the map, we can get the asset ID and the linear references to send to another application.
Currently, we are on 10.0, but have a plan to move to 10.1 in the fall or winter.
I've been having some issues finding documentation about how to go about this and I figure I'm not the only one with this problem. Does anyone have a good place to start? 🙂
