Is Flash Builder required for using the Viewer for Flex 2.0?

Also, is there any help documentation (or videos) available for creating web maps with the Viewer for Flex?

Todd,

   No Flash Builder is not required you can use Flex Builder 3 as long as you use the Flex 4.0 SDK and the AGS Flex 2.0 API. As far a documentation yes there is it is a little lacking as the Viewer is still in beta but here is the link. http://help.arcgis.com/en/webapps/flexviewer/help/index.html

There are no tutorial videos that I am aware of.
