What would cause the FlareMouseEvents to no longer trigger? I have code that has been working, the FeatureLayer has a WeightedCluster and the cluster does take place. But when I go to mouse over so that the cluster will flare, it no longer works - it used to. Now, the difference is possibly a new operating system. It seems to have started behaving this way when I was on Windows 7 or Server 2008 R2. Is there some setting that would prevent this from workring?
