Find if geometries overlap without using Geometry Service

Without using Geometry Service, i need to find out if a polyline geometry exactly overlaps the other or not? I need to do it using Flex API. Please help.

I have set of line segments and also a set of complete lines. I need to check if a line segment corresponds to any complete line.
Anyone?
