Hopefully this is the correct forum for this and I will try to provide as much info as possible....
I currently have an application built which allows the user to edit a feature layer of street signs. The user can edit the attributes (i.e. sign size, type of sign, etc.) of the sign as well as create a new street sign point and chose whichever attributes for the sign.
There also exists a database/spreadsheet inventory of street signs. This database/spreadsheet has the type of sign and how many of that particular sign are available for when a new sign needs to be put up or one needs to be replaced due to damage.
So for example, if there are currently 10 Stop signs available in the inventory and a new stop sign is added in the application, I want the inventory to change from 10 available Stop signs to 9 available Stop signs. So basically someone wouldn't need to physically update the inventory database/spreadsheet when a new sign is added
Any help on how to proceed is greatly appreciated
