OK, I tried using picture markers with the flare symbol, and they don't display. I went back to simple markers, which work fine; we add tool tips and rollover/rollout listeners to the simple markers. When the flare symbol flares its markers, the original symbology shows up, but the tool tips and rollovers don't work. Do I have to add these behaviors to the flare symbol? I noticed in the clustering example that a mouse click listener is added for a flare click, for example - will I need to do the same for rollover/rollout and tool tip?
