Displaying SDE field aliases in a flex viewer

Hi All

I am trying to display my field alias values in my flex enhanced AGS server website. Default appears to display the field headings over any alias values present. I have read a number of threads on this topic and some point to a code block I need to include and others suggest this is a bug with 9.3.1 and is to be fixed with SP1. I am running SP1.

Is this a simple fix or do I need to start playing with code ?

I'm looking for the block of code that you mentioned but cannot seem to find it.  Could you share it if you still know where it is?
