How can I customize the Sample Flex Viewer without using the Adobe FlashBuilder program? I know that Adobe provides the SDK for free without the development environment. Could someone elaborate (or point me to a page where this is discussed) on how to customize and recompile the widget components of the Flex Viewer without using the FlashBuilder IDE?
