Change the transparency of layers in Dynamic Map services

I want to change the transparency of Individual Layers in Dynamic map services.
Your help will be appreciated

    Individual layer transparency of a dynamic map service is not possible you can only control the transparency of the whole map service. You will either have to do this in the original MXD of the server in ArcMap or break your map service into multiple dynamic map services or feature layers.
