Can i migrate Arc GIS API Flex 1.3 to 2.3 with Arc GIS Server 9.2 and 9.3

Hello Everyone,

I have Arc GIS API Flex 1.3 version code and using with Arc GIS Server 9.2 and 9.3. See the below queries.

1) Can i migrate Arc GIS API Flex 1.3 to 2.3
2) If it is available migration, can i use Arc GIS API Flex 2.3 version with Arc GIS Server 9.2 and 9.3.

All versions of the Flex API works with all versions of ArcGIS Server 9.3 or later.
