can i display cached, dynamic stateplane data with arcgis viewer for Flex

How can I display stateplane data with the viewer?
How do i change the webmercator to stateplane?
Is it even possible with this viewer to display stateplane data?

Yes, you can display layers in any projection but you can't mix cached layers that are in different projections.
