Banner Width 100% of Screen

How can a make the banner width in the sample flex viewer 100% of the screen?  I tried modifying just about everything I can find in the Banner.mxml and some of the other .mxml files.  I've found how to lengthen and shorten it but I can't figure out how to make it stick at 100% of the browser width.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
