Today we've released version 3.2.

Notable features in version 3.2 include:

  • New ready-to-use Geocoder component to search geocoding and map services.

  • New ready-to-use Directions (routing) component for creating driving directions in your application.

  • Six new locales: Danish, Estonian, Hebrew, Latvian, Lithuanian and Portuguese (Portugal) - for a total of 22 supported locales.

  • The API samples are no longer part of the download, instead they are available at https://github.com/Esri/arcgis-samples-flex/

There is a bug with PictureFillSymbol.
Please look at here http://forums.arcgis.com/threads/83311-About-PictureFillSymbol
