Adding shortcut toolbar to already heavily modified FlexViewer 1.3

I've downloaded the Shortcut toolbar from the samples site. However, I have already manipulated some of the code in the required pages. For example, I have code that will give me the coords, as well as scale. in the banner.

What do I have to do to integrate the shortcut toolbar? How is the best way to move the coordinates and scale, so that the toolbar goes there?

Thanks, You da man. I tried setting basemap shortcutmenu="false" as I don't need the two maps showing up in shortcut. But they still show up. where is the switch for this?

   So do you have shortcutmenu="false" in each mapservice element in the config.xml or just the basemaps element? Try both as I can not recall with I programmed for.
