AC_FL_RunContent is not defined

Okay, this is probably a stupid question but I haven't had this problem with previous builds (1.2) of the Sample Flex Viewer.  I'm working off the 1.3 Viewer and exported a release build and I get this error message in Firebug...

AC_FL_RunContent is not defined.

The Javascript is present in the index.html file, enclosed in its <!--   -->

What am I missing here?

The SFV 1.3 is missing the AC_OETags.js file in the root directory of the release build.  I copied the file from the 1.2 Viewer and this fixed the problem.
