Problem create new route from OSM data

Hi

I have a problem with create new route from OSM data. I downloaded shapefile roads and created network dataset frome this data.  Once  the route is created and the second time not. I chceked geometry file using Repair Geometry tools ,unfortunately nothing has changed. Below i presented screenshots.
