Our center had been looking for a color blindness simulator/checker for Esri ArcGIS online map symbology and dashboard products.

Color Vision Deficiency Simulator tool?
Do you recommend some sort of workaround using ArcGIS Pro Color Vision Deficiency Simulator tool? Though that would seam time consuming.

Is there a Chrome plugin Esri can recommend? I had been using  currently a plugin called "Spectrum" for years. Recently I noticed a enhanced safety warning.

Other extensions I have found. Any insight and guidance is welcome.

Extremely robust, looks great. Claims to be free but there is a pricing section on the website based on scale.

Thank you,

I like a lot of the tools that you are already using and I think many of those are a great option. I have used Silktide as well as WebAIM and I think they are great to support reviewing content. Colorblindly is another tool that presents color filters for color vision deficiencies.

I think there are a variety of tools that can also work on automated accessibility testing that many of our customers use successfully such as ANDi, Axe Dev Tools, WAVE (by WebAIM), and Access Assistant by Level Access. But specifically for color, I think you have identified some of the best tools.

I used Spectrum for years as well. I recently found Let's get color blind.
So far, it has suited my needs and replaced Spectrum.

I see this is an older question, but I did want to mention that I recently had to check some web maps for color vision deficiency, and I was able to simply open them in ArcGIS Pro from my Portal in the Catalog.  Once the maps were open the built in color vision deficiency tools worked fine.  Just another option.

Just offering more resources since my organization is limited in what browser extensions and software are allowed to download. We use Microsoft Edge the most and the developer tools in it offers a colorblind viewer option by default which I've found easy enough to use for web pages. It's not as in-depth as other options like Spectrum, but it does the job and is only a couple clicks.
