Exporting Map - Line Distortion Problem

I'm having this problem when exporting the project.  I'm working on a 8' x 4' info sign on Arcmap 10.2.2.  I have tried exporting jpg, png, pdf without success.  Also tried some recommendations for dashed lines found in another forum.  I'll appreciate any help in the matter.

How about just going back to a 'Simple Line'?

Thank you all for your time.  Found a solution, not straight forward but worked.  When exporting in pdf the line problem was solved, but some images in the layout were missed.  So I converted the pdf to jpg and worked the layout on inkscape adding the missing images.

Reading other posts, maybe the problem is the size of the document.
