Thanks for your reply, i have a feeling i will have to tinker with the graphs in layout inorder to get them into miles. I will cover up the values of the x axis and then add a grid to measure out the miles to the best of my abilities and add mile marker text and group it all together. lucky your working in m and km, 5280ft wont be as easy to precisely measure as 1000m.
My other issue is that my employers would like the graphs to have the same scale, because i am creating a series of trail loops in the park they would like the y axis to be set to 1600 ft. Currently i am unable to set the values of the Y axis, so one can see that the difference between the easier hikes and summit trips. However i think excel might be the answer if i was proficient with it ; )
