I generated TIN from points. Afterwards I checked slope vale using "Identify" button. Mean value of slope for this TIN is around 10 degrees.

The next step was using ArcToolbox function Terrain and Tin Surface -> Surface Slope. The result is shape file which stores slope value in SlopeCode field. As you can see this value is completely different comparing to TIN.

When I calculated slope manually using distance between points and height vale the result is equal to 10 degrees so for me there is something wrong with ArcToolbox Slope function.
The question is - which vale is correct
I attach: original point shapefile, TIN, and slope shapefile.

Please look into the documentation of how Surface Slope tool works:
I think the problem here could be the default degree slope class breaks which are 0.57, 1.43, 2.66, 5.71, 12.13, 24.89, 45.0, 90.0. Try creating Class Breaks Table (sample attached) and run the tool again. I did run with the attached table and got different result. I hope this helps.
