Does anybody know why the tool Tin to Raster, of ArcGIS desktop 10, does not create rasters with cell sizes smaller than one?

I've managed to run this tool sucessfuly (ArcGIS10, Sp4) on small extent with
Sampling Distance = CELLSIZE 0.5
(if it doesn't work, try also CELLSIZE 0,5 - it's a matter of regional settings)

Thanks for your answer but I already tried both options (0.5 and 0,5). The problem remains.....

Problem solved because Gasior mentioned the SP, which I updated.
Thank you so much!

In the sequence of my last question, and that I thought to be solved, I come to this forum again asking for help.

After I managed to create a raster with cell size smaller than 1 m, using the tool TIN TO RASTER of ArcGIS10, sp 5, I realized that the created rasters are substantially different, from the same rasters created with ArcGIS9.3.

Because rasters created with version 10 may cause problems when using them further into other procedures, like watershed delineation, I tend to believe that they have problems.

The differences, that may reach meters, are presented even if the cell size is an integer.

Does anybody encountered already this situation?

Thanks.
